We are having a candlelight vigil in our town this evening. I am so excited to get together with other families to celebrate the lives of our precious babies. This is the first time I have participated in one of these PAILRD events. I can't wait to light my candle for my babies and the babies of friends and hold it high to the sky so all the babies in Heaven can see them. I'm sure it will be a beautiful and touching sight.
Rest In Hope is meant to be a place of peace. A place where those who have lost their baby can come and talk openly about their loss without judgement or ridicule. We are all the same here, we may be in a different place in our grief but we are all missing a part of our heart that went to Heaven with our children.
