Five Minute Friday: Path

Linking up for a Five Minute Friday at Gypsy Mama.

Path.

The path I follow is long. It is hard. It is rewarding. It is full of hope and sadness all at the same time. Wishing I didn't have to know this path. Blessed to be on a path that has changed me for the better.

Wanting to take Rest In Hope to the next level. A better path. Helping others like me. Helping them financially. Taking a burden off of them. I don't know which way to go on this path. How to help the best way. Still figuring this path out.

Finding a new path in life and wellness. The path will take me to bigger happiness. More fulfillment. I hope. Prayers that this path will open up soon and dreams can be realized. Dreaming for a new path. Hoping. Loving.

  1. nice to meet you stephanie:) we are "neighbors" :) i live in tyler, TX. i also lost my first daughter (8 months) to pre-eclampsia...almost exactlly 42 yrs. ago! long time. since then, we have had 3 daughters. what a gift!
how old is your living child?

one thing i have learned is that my joy and wellness ended up not coming from the places i tho't they would. it was surprising.

    1. HI Martha!! We really are pretty close to each other. Wow, 42 years ago. I am so sorry for your loss. It seems we have a lot in common with our losses too. My son is 11 now and is such a joy. I really believe God chose him to be my living child because he is so easy going and caring. He helps me so much, more then he will ever really know.

You're right about happiness and joy coming from places unexpected. It's like unanswered prayers a lot of time. Part of this path situation is that we are looking to move back East. We are from VA (that is where my daughter is buried) and we really miss our friends and family and want to get back at least a lot closer asap. I have no doubt it will happen but the timing is my issue. Patience is a virtue right?!

Thanks for stopping by RIH on FB also, I appreciate your support. xo
