October 15th will be here before we know it and we can do it all over again in mass support. Feel the love your child is giving you everyday and honor them with speaking their names openly.
Rest In Hope is meant to be a place of peace. A place where those who have lost their baby can come and talk openly about their loss without judgement or ridicule. We are all the same here, we may be in a different place in our grief but we are all missing a part of our heart that went to Heaven with our children.

It was a Day of Hope
August 19th Day of Hope founded by CarlyMarie, a day to talk up them babies. Let the world know we will not be silenced and say our babies' names loud and proud. Thanks to social media like FB and the numerous community pages available, we are coming out of the shadows of taboo and reclaiming our lost children. What a wondrous thing. I think it's safe to say that many that have not experienced pregnancy/infant loss would still rather us grieve in private and never mention the names of our loved ones gone too soon. In all honesty, I believe that is because THEY are uncomfortable with it, THEY don't know what to say, say things THEY think would be comforting, but in the end, would just have us be quiet and get over it so THEY will not be inconvenienced. Sorry to disappoint you! I will speak of my children, I will buy them mementos that remind me of them and wear/present them proudly and I will celebrate them everyday for the rest of my life. I will NOT deny my child!
