Rest In Hope is meant to be a place of peace. A place where those who have lost their baby can come and talk openly about their loss without judgement or ridicule. We are all the same here, we may be in a different place in our grief but we are all missing a part of our heart that went to Heaven with our children.

Paying it forward with love!
Welcome to Rest In Hope! The main goal of RIH is to support others going through what I have gone through, what so many families have gone through, the loss of a baby. The project is very new although has been in the back of my mind for some 15 years now. I have just recently moved to Texarkana TX and am finding it difficult to find support systems already in place on my own. I have contacted one local hospital in hopes that they can get me in touch with the right people. I want to give back to others what so many people have given to me over the years. Ultimately, I would like to work with funeral homes and cemeteries to have them offer discounts or special offers to newly bereaved parents. It all happens so fast. Your pregnant, excited, looking forward to the future with your baby. Then, for whatever reason, your baby is gone. You will leave the hospital without your baby and your arms ache to hold them. Funeral arrangements need to be made. A financial burden is the last thing grieving parents need. I can not take the pain away but I hope to lessen the burden.
